Meet the team

Ruth has danced since the age of two and a half. After her professional career and raising her family, she chose to use her teaching qualifications to open her own dance school.

​

At TDA, she has built a strong community where every student is supported in a happy, nurturing environment, enabling them to learn, grow and develop with confidence.

Louise is one half of our Head Girl duo, supporting our dancers across the school and acting as a role model within the studio.

 

She works closely with the teaching team and younger students, helping to create a positive and focused environment at TDA.

Emily is the second half of our Head Girl duo, working alongside Louise to support dancers across all age groups.

 

She plays an active role in studio life, encouraging younger students and helping maintain the high standards and team spirit TDA is known for.

Darcey is our Deputy Head Girl, supporting our Head Girl duo and the wider TDA team.

She leads by example in the studio and plays an important role in encouraging younger dancers. Her dedication, positivity and commitment to her training make her a valued part of the leadership team.

Elle is our Dance Captain, supporting rehearsals and performances across the school.

 

She works closely with the teaching team to help maintain strong technique, sharp routines and high energy in the studio. Her focus, reliability and team spirit make her a key part of TDA’s leadership team.

Cerys is one of our Head Mentors, working alongside the teaching team to support dancers across multiple classes.

 

She helps lead the mentor team and is committed to encouraging confidence, progress and strong studio values throughout TDA.

Niamh is one of our Head Mentors, supporting the mentoring team and working closely with a range of classes across the school.

 

She plays a key role in guiding younger dancers, assisting in lessons and helping to maintain the positive, hardworking atmosphere at TDA.

Our Class Mentors assist across a wide range of classes, supporting both teachers and students in the studio. They help create a focused, encouraging environment and act as positive role models within the TDA community.

Amy leads TDA’s Marketing, shaping the school’s visual identity across photography, social media, digital content and brand.

She is also part of our TDA Productions team alongside Natalie, filming and editing projects that bring TDA’s performances to life beyond the stage.

ALM Creative

Natalie is part of our TDA Productions team, supporting the creative side of the school.

 

She assists with filming selected projects, and also plays a key role backstage at our showcases - helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Finlay is a TDA alumni and one of our guest teachers, regularly leading workshops for our Commercial and Company classes.

 

She also provides choreography for our annual showcases, bringing fresh creativity and industry experience back to the studio where her own training began.

Neil is our guest singing teacher, joining our Musical Theatre classes twice each term.

 

He works with our students on vocal technique, performance skills and confidence, supporting them in developing strong, expressive voices for the stage.
