• TDA merchandise is non-refundable

• All our carefully selected products are bespoke and exclusive to TDA

• All items are printed on demand

Refunds & exchanges

We will refund/exchange items that:

• Are factory damaged

• Incorrect size to the one placed on the order form

• Incorrect spelling of name compared to spelling placed on the order form

In these cases we will re-order for you at no extra cost.

Up to 5 items = £4.20

Items will come directly from the workshop to Miss Ruth, and will be handed to you at the beginning of class at the earliest opportunity.

Miss Ruth will let you know when your item is ready to be collected.
